I don't believe in random encounters.
If you are here, it may be that something in you aspires to slow down, to breathe differently, to get out of the noise of the world to return to the essentials. My name is Mona, but my real first name is Simone, I like the 2. For more than fifteen years, I have accompanied human beings through different stages of their lives: children, adolescents, adults, vulnerable people or simply tired of having to be strong all the time. My path has led me to sophrology, NLP, biological decoding... but above all to a simpler and deeper understanding: we do not need to do more to get better, we need a space where we can finally be. Life has also taught me to listen better to others and to listen to myself better. Like you, my head and my body have been crossed by transformations, silent initiations that have invited me to change rhythm, to cultivate the truth and to redefine what it really means to live.
I wrote a book, accompanied groups for years, raised my children, built, deconstructed, started over... until the day when an obvious thing was imposed: creating a place that resembles what I transmit. I tried with a guest house in the Béarn, but very quickly I felt that I was not in my right place. Andalusia, which I fell in love with about 10 years ago, presented itself as an answer. Its light, its nature, its slower time. Here, I chose to leave everything to open a different space: a place without performance, without mask, without dogma, without obligation to be well.
A place where you can just sit down. Where you can feel welcomed without being judged. Where you can take refuge.
The stays I propose to you are not internships where you have to succeed in something. These are living parentheses: breathing, walking, sharing, sometimes being silent, laughing often, finding your inner rhythm... without complex
I don't promise to transform you.
I offer you a space to find yourself. A place to go from DOING to BEING.
And sometimes, that's exactly what we need.
I hope to see you very soon...
Mona
